1. Where do you deliver?

At this time, Shopvers proudly delivers orders across the United States.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat shipping rate of $6 on all orders shipped within the U.S., regardless of the order size.

3. What shipping services do you use?

We primarily partner with FedEx for most of our shipments.
If you’d like expedited delivery, we also offer DHL Express (1–3 business days) upon special request. Please note: expedited shipping costs are calculated separately.

4. When can I expect my order?

Here’s a typical timeline for orders:

  • Order Cutoff: 4:00 PM (EST)
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping Time: 5–7 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery: About 6–9 business days

5. Will I be able to track my package?

Absolutely! Once your order leaves our facility, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. You can also monitor the progress by visiting our Order Tracking page anytime.

6. Can I update or cancel an order after it’s placed?

Yes — if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. You’ll have up to 24 hours to request changes or a cancellation. Once it’s shipped, it will need to go through our return process.

7. What if I entered the wrong address or phone number?

If a package comes back to us due to an incorrect address or contact details, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend it. Be sure to double-check your information at checkout.

8. Do you accept returns?

Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

9. Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are generally covered by the customer unless the product arrives damaged or faulty — in which case we’ll handle the return costs.

10. Do you issue pre-paid return labels?

We currently do not offer pre-paid return labels. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

11. What payment methods do you support?

At Shopvers, we accept PayPal for secure and fast transactions. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars.
