30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Unworn or unused.
  • With all original tags attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
  • We do not offer pre-paid return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
    • The item was incorrect, damaged, or defective due to our error, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Please use a reliable shipping service and ensure your item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

All returns must be shipped back to us via mail.

All transactions and refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollar).

Restocking Fee

There are no restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

Damages & Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Yes, we do accept exchanges.
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

💳 Important: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
