  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping Duration: 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–9 business days (Monday to Friday)

Please note that these are estimated time frames. Actual delivery may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your package every step of the way. You can also track your order anytime by visiting the Order Tracking Page on our website.

Shipping Methods

To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we primarily ship orders using FedEx.

If you would like faster delivery (1–3 business days), we can ship via DHL upon request. Please note that DHL shipping charges are separate and not included in the flat rate.

Address Modifications

Need to update your shipping address?
Please contact us at help@shopvers.shop within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped. After your order has been dispatched, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for assistance.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

If a package is returned to us because of incorrect or incomplete address, phone number, or email details provided by the customer, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
